Very nice rooms, great staff. Loved my stay, will stay again.
Not good at all.
One morning there was no hot water at 5am. There were five of us traveling for work and the three of us that took a shower in the morning were without hot water for our showers. Another morning we were disappointed with breakfast in that the milk that was not expired was spoiled as myself and another colleague ended up throwing our entire breakfast away due to this. I stopped by the desk one morning to report no bath soap in the shower and it was never filled. Overall, this is my worst stay at the SpringHill since I have been traveling to the area over the past two years.
