We'd always pick this hotel over any other because the staff are always very welcoming and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable.
Staff were helpful and courteous; our room was clean and comfortable. Coffee and hot water and a variety of teas were always available. Sandwiches in evening from five 7 and breakfast in the morning. Best two nights of our MN vacation.
Wilma, at the front desk, was not a "welcome to our hotel" representative. She did not smile, did not say hello, was not friendly in ANY way and when she finished doing her job it made me feel like I should not choose this hotel next time. She seemed overworked and tired and maybe just wanted to not be there.
