This was my first visit to Las Cruces, NM. My stay at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces was wonderful. The staff is amazing: pleasant, helpful, has great customer service skills. I very definitely visit Las Cruces again and my hotel of choice is Hotel Encanto.💕.

We have loved staying at Hotel Encanto since the remodel of the pool area, but this time it was very unwelcoming. First off there was lots of unattended rowdy children at the pool on Friday throwing balls, hitting guest and splashing water on them. No one to control the situation. On Saturday there seem to be locals that were friend of the bartender on duty. The had there own icechest full of alcholic beverages, being loud and very disturbing. They were all drunk cussing and I felt there was other inappropriate stuff going on. They were even at MEZCLA that evening still drinking with no shirts on. My husband and I were very disapointed and will probably never stay there again, which is disheartening because we really love that place. We were looking for a peacefu weekend and that's not what we got. Regards, Mrs. V.

Our accommodations were nice and happy they allowed our dog. I would happily stay at this hotel again. Everyone was very good and helpful.

Did not understand the changing of linen on beds, taking trash out daily, changing the towels daily, or even checking with guests if needing anything. I had to call front desk to have the above done. Maybe everything has changed in the system but other places I have stayed in all the above is done every morning.
The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. Dinner was exquisite as well as breakfast. We are invited to return to your wonderful hotel.
Jacuzzi room was comfortable, clean and very well maintained.
