The Peninsula Chicago offers luxurious amenities such as a full-service spa, an indoor pool, and a health club, making it a cool and relaxing place to stay.
We needed a place to stay because of a problem at another hotel. I called the Peninsula and made a reservation and walked over there in five minutes. Everything was ready when we arrived. The room and everything it it is stunning. I have to say I loved it and I will go back on my next visit to Chicago.

Thanks to everyone at the Peninsula, we needed assistance for several minor issues and were handled to our satisfaction and with expediency. The staff at the spa treat customers with first class. We will be back.

Attentive service by every member of the hotel staff helped make our stay a great experience. The entire hotel is immaculate and given the size of the establishment, it is remarkably quiet. We enjoyed meals in the Lobby restaurant and enjoyed breakfast in our room. Every meal was beautifully prepared and served. We certainly hope to return to the Peninsula Chicago soon.
