Comfort Inn & Suites near Route 66
The Comfort Inn & Suites near Route 66 offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, and complimentary breakfast.
The staff was helpful but there were many issues with the hotel and our accommodations. 1) Upon check in the staff shared they only had a single king room remaining even though my confirmation confirmed I booked a double bed room two months prior to our stay. 2) After disputing the concern they reluctantly found a room but the shower drain was clogged and the tub filled with dirty water. 3) Lack of towels and wash clothes we were only give two towels for three guests on day one of our three day stay. We requested more towels several times each day and was either told they would bring some up or that there weren't any available. As were in town for my sons racing event at the local dirt track, we were filthy and felt as if the hotel didn't accommodate our basic needs. 3) Additionally, when we asked for another small bar of soap to wash up, we were told they didn't have any more. 4) Please also check your elevator license as it expired months ago. 5) our key cards would work and we consistently needed to visit the front desk for the issues. I do request and appreciate a phone call to address these concerns. I realize that it by no means was may have been in the staff’s hand as they were accommodating as best they could but rather a bug concern as a corporate for this location. I understand that issues arise but if the chain couldn't accommodate the basic needs then why accept people requests to book.
