Great Accommodations! Charlene and the GM were very kind and nice!
Stayed two nights. Room was not cleaned after our first night. Left a pair of shoes in the room. They did not show up in lost and found.
Jerry Ali was the best! We had a problem with our reservation, not from holiday inn but booking site. He explained how the booking site works and helped us solve the problem He is a valuable employee, don't loose him!
Very clean, great breakfest. Would stay there again.
Charlene and Carol have great personalities of welcome and are so helpful if we needed anything from Aquarium dir, to good restaurants etc. Also the young man wkg in evening w the curly hair helpful too.
The location of the hotel was convenient for me as it was near my nephews. The facility is well maintained. And I slept well.
I would stay again, it was nice.
