Highly recommend this hotel! Management is superb, especially Ishe! The property was spotless, very clean, everywhere in every corner! Beds/linens were comfortable and luxurious and the personal products provided in the rooms were to notch, very nice. Carpets were clean, check in/out was easy and efficient. Ishe was wonderful. She worked to provide a room for me with an early check so I could get ready for a funeral. She and her family went above and beyond to help me with a rental car dead battery the morning I was to leave. These are good people, they care about their property and guests and it shows! It's like you are a guest in their home. Breakfast was delicious, too. Can't say enough about this property! It WILL be my home away from home from now on when I visit Port Arthur. Thank you all!
