Best stop ever with large dogs! Our check in was pleasant and smooth. Parking was abundant. A back door entrance for the dogs was ideal since we arrived late. Then, best bed pillows ever! Great price.

The door was open to the room with a pillow case and pillow lying on the bed. The bathroom doorknob was falling off and I got locked in the bathroom. The TV, the intranet and the phone were not working. We called maintenance and the receptionist said he would be right down. He never showed and no one called to let us know that he was not coming. I thought we were booked for the 2nd day so we left our things in the room while we went boating. We arrive back two hours after checkout and they wanted to charge us a $70 late fee. I told them I had booked the room for another night but they said there was a misunderstanding. I went to the desk over five times and there was no body there and the Kiosk didn't work. The maintenance man came the next day and fixed the TV and the doorknob and said he would be right back to fix the phone with hand signs because he did not speak English. He never came back. I asked for a discount and was denied. Very bad experience.

The room was spacious and we loved the sliding glass door with a view of the canyon.
