This place was absolutely horrific! Customer service is horrendously atrocious. We were on a road trip and it was late at night when we checked in. The rate and room type we were promised was pre paid for a non smoking room double queen. Yet, the clerk didn’t even hesitate to charge my card AGAIN when I thought he was simply verifying the card we used to which I complained and vehemently disagreed but complied even though I had proof but we just wanted to sleep. We checked in to the grossest room I’ve ever experienced in my life! Twenty minutes later, he then pounded on our door after midnight in two series of aggressive knocks. Needless to say, it was the final straw as we were already contemplating leaving our smoke laden, decrepit, itchy, smoke burned bedding with sticky bathroom floors and disgusting carpets. We checked in and immediately checked out not even using the bathroom as my wife and children were too scared to use anything! After this man was standing at our door still trying to prove me wrong, he said he had to know right now if we were staying because the owner demanded for us to make a decision about what we were going to do when we complained about our experience. The pool was apparently struck by lightning and I think our room was too! The place should be condemned!
