Made the reservation about 4pm and had a change in plans and canceled. The receptionist called the hotel. The clerk stated that according to policy it has to be 48h notice. I explained that I had just made the reservation. According to the receptionist he stated that he would subne Submit a ticket for me to get a refund. I was upset about the situation.
