We booked this hotel last minute as the air conditioner didn’t work in our original hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing. The room was huge. Everything was great until I got the bill and read that there was a $27 recovery fee on my bill. I tried to get the recovery fee reversed after I found out that it was a cancellation fee that I did not opt in for and couldn’t get the recovery fee reversed. So great hotel but read your bill carefully before you give over your credit card because you’ll never get that money refunded even though they say you will.

This was a last minute booking for us as we checked out of our original hotel after being there 30 minutes because it was that bad. This was a last minute find for us. It was advertised to have EV parking which it did not otherwise the hotel was very above average. The price paid after taxes in surcharges was 307 a night which I found ridiculous and would not pay it again, but it was a place to sleep that was clean.

Our stay was pleasant it was very clean friendly staff, and the food was good thank you Janika for your great hospitality and helping us with all our questions about NOLA she was great and yes when we come back, we will be staying here we had a great time and no complaints.
