Thank you for accommodating our hockey team! The kiddos had a blast as well as the parents! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the outdoor area with the fireplace was exceptional.
Clean with comfortable beds and quiet. I enjoyed the large fitness center and the indoor pool.
We reserved a handicap accessible room with roll in shower. When we arrived, we were told they had not been informed of our requirements and did not have a room available. We had proof of our reservation and they said they would try to find something suitable for us. We went to dinner and when we returned they said they had walk in shower with a portable seat. We took it but when we tried to use the shower in the morning, it was not suitable for someone needing accessibility. Just one very small grab bar at the back of the shower and the showerhead on the front wall at least 6 8 ft away. And the floor was extremely slick. Very disappointing to not have a shower when we thought we had planned so carefully.
