The woman at the front desk to check us in and out was wonderful and helpful. The night security was pretty rude.. we had late games and were trying to feed about 15 kids really quickly but we were kicked out of several common areas and ended up in the parking lot. I understand the need for rules was it was handled very poorly. The next night there was a very intoxicated man trying to repeatedly talk to small children and not security/ hotel personnel in sight.
Excellent customer service.
The room was clean. The location was quiet. Continental breakfast included.

The room was fairly clean but there is water damage from a previous flood in the bathroom. The shower curtain is not waterproof and is just material that soaks up water. Need to change this out.
Employees were friendly and professional; room ready and clean when promised.
