August 22 24 2025 Every time I go to Pullman to see my daughter (WSU ) I always make reservation with Quality Inn. We got the room with two queen size. It was very clean but the refrigerator wasn’t working so I called front desk. All the room was booked so he upgrade us to a suite and I was very impressed with the room. It was perfect! We love the free morning breakfast as well. My favorite is the waffles. I’m so glad they had sugar free syrup. I’m not sure what the young man name at front desk but he was so professional and gave us awesome customer service! Once again Thank you for making our stay comfortable! Quality Inn see you soon in October Much LOVE, Lorennij family.

Your staff at the hotel are extremely caring people. One person in particular stood out I cannot remember his name, but he works the front desk and he has a little Chihuahua named Brandy. They are awesome.
The rooms are clean the staff is friendly and the prices are great.
