Very poor experience When we got into the room, the chair was broke on like a 45° angle didn’t even try sitting in it The water in the sink was not working. I actually got it to turn on myself from underneath and then black gooey stuff came out of it. I had to flush it for 10 minutes. It’s not the level that I’m used to staying at. I have state of some of these resorts at other times with no problems this by far is the worst one that I’ve been to.
Stains on furniture and mattress refrigerator had not been cleaned out from previous guest.
