Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

To start the parking situation is terrible. You have to pay extra to park in the parking garage (roughly 40 to 50 a full day/night). The room they gave us was extremely small, felt like a storage closet. There was barley any room for the bed let alone opening and going though luggage. The room was dirty and disgusting. Handprints all over the bed frame, headboard and above the bed. Gross stains on the pictures. When I asked for a room change ( stating I would pay extra for an upgrade) it was a hassle. At the end of our first day they finally told us ( after asking a few times if the change was possible) that they would have a new room the next afternoon. We were staying two nights. So we asked to atheist get a cleaning of the room. The guy did not seem happy saying he would be doing it since housekeeping was gone for the day. We wend out for the day, came back to nothing being cleaned. Finally the next day around four pm they finally changed us rooms. The manager stated they've had meetings about the cleanliness so im guessing this was not a one time occasion. Honestly they make this hotel look so cool and unique on the website but it was a huge disappointment. I will definitely not stay again. The only good thing about this hotel is its location if you want to be right downtown. We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to a concert we were going to. That was to only positive thing.
