The hotel was immaculate! The free breakfast had a good variety of options. And best of all the staff was courteous and attentive.
Excellent service, clean, everything you need without all the extra stuff you don't. The hotel manager was particularly gracious with assiting me with options related to my auto which had broken down and needed to be transported back to Chicago. If my travels take me to Kalamazoo again, I will definitely choose this hotel over the "big guys" downtown.

Made a trip from the U.P. for a wedding in Gull Lake. Check in was very efficient and clerks were super friendly. Loved the modern look and set up of the hotel. Rooms had everything we needed.
