I had difficulty logging onto Uber. The desk clerk, I believe he was Abdullah was kind enough to to go out of his way and order an Uber on his own account for me so I could arrive to the airport in a timely manner. It’s an example of your employees going out of the way to help your guest. Thank you.

Hello. well you asked. for a review. We stayed there last weekend, Friday and Saturday night. After we checked in the Manager called our room at 10:30pm and again a few minutes later. He was belligerent. saying we hadn't paid for our room, demanded I come down to the Lobby right then and pay again. Despite the fact that " if you don't come down right now, I will come up and evict you from your room! " I did go down, my husband was already awakened by the ridiculous hour to telephone. When I got to the desk about five minutes later he said "oh it was our computer" I am ready to put this all over Social Media. We want that stay refunded to us immediately. I have never in all my 84 years been threatened by someone when I was a patron in a hotel. gail lehman .
