Excellent service. Shuttle drivers were nice and clean cut. Very friendly and helpful. It was late when we arrived, but the site manager came out to the shuttle to help my 89 year old mother out of the van and personally assisted with carrying bags. She got us rooms on the ground floor, so mom didn’t have to walk far and even escorted us to our rooms and got us settled in. Rooms were clean, shower had the best water pressure, beds were comfy, A/C worked well…. best nights sleep! Breakfast was delicious and had several options to choose from. Staff was attentive and kept the buffet and tables clean by clearing used plates promptly. Every employee we encountered during our stay greeted us, asked if we needed anything and/or offered assistance… so nice to be acknowledged and feel respected!

My reservation was made directly through this hotel. Upon arrival I was informed that I made reservations through a third party. I supposedly had two different reservations, which is false only called one time. In discussing with staff, no ins could give me a clear eaaaon as to why I was booked with Priceline rather than the hotel in which I called. The employee that I spoke with is Jodie. We left a day early and I was not able to recoup any charges due to the fact that my reservations numbers didn’t exist with Priceline. This all seems very shady, suspicious and fraudulent.
