I booked a stay because I got stuck in Des Moines due to extreme cold. My room was spacious and clean. The off brand Keurig made a good cup of coffee. I could not find a local number to call the desk from the airport to summon the shuttle at 10 pm so took a ride share. No free breakfast and very slim pickings in lobby shop. No fruit. I got a room with a great tub. Lovely. But the hot water as not as hot as I would have liked. Nice helpful staff.
