Upon check in I was told after calling radisson's number directly that I booked through a third party I booked a king suite and ended up with a double queen bed for more than triple the price I was very very disappointed.
Behind the bed was disgusting and the mattress cover was terribly old, the mattress itself was in terrible condition you had to literally sleep in a hole…I’ve stayed here many times in my life, it’s the worst condition I’ve ever seen it….
First I will say all staff was courteous and friendly. What happened was out of their control. Personally, once I was in my room I truly felt I could not come and go as I pleased. With only one working elevator and having to wait for a staff member to let you in your room, plus it was a very busy weekend here with the Reds game, the Marathon and visitors in general. I paid over $300. for one night and was very disappointed, a discounted price should be in consideration. Thank you, Susan Clements.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel beautiful. The room was very large and clean with a balcony. It was a great experience.
We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Dining at the revolving restaurant and staying a few floors down was quite the experience.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable hotel. Service is wonderful.
The view was awesome but it was very overpriced. Saw two bugs crawling across the floor that went into a hole in the wall. Also, for the price you would expect breakfast to be included. Instead you had to pay $14 each and it only includes coffee and tea for beverages (no juice).
We could not expect things to be better. Just wonderful!
