Beginning with the person who checked me in until we left the next day everything was made better by the staff. From the gentleman who checked us in to the waitress the next morning in the restaurant we were treated like friends. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Oh and the chocolate chip cookie are the BEST!
Easy reservations and checkin, helpful staff, comfortable room with nice view. My favorite, Diana, was at the front desk two of my three days there—she is just terrific. Cookies are great, too!

Awesome. Arrived 15 minutes early and they got us into our room right away. Nice comfortable room and bed. Will stay here again.

We only stayed one night as we do each year when we attend concert at the nearby arena. The front desk staff was cheerful, polite, professional and personable. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.
