At check in the front desk clerk (Olga) was amazing, we arrived early and she put us right into a room 😀. After settling in we had dinner in the hotel restaurant the food was awesome and our waiter (Jacoby) was amazing as well 😀 😋. We will definitely stay again 😀.

I have stayed here three times in less than two years and each time has been a great stay. Very friendly staff beautiful grounds and nice rooms. This will always be my go to place to stay when I am flying out of Portland.
When I arrived I was greeted by Sierra at the front desk. She was professional, engaging, so helpful and funny. Our interaction was so nice. She helped me with everything I needed. Got me set up with parking and a room and was a real spark in my day. It was so fun checking in. She even helped my wife with our bags. I hope she is acknowledged dor her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service. See you next trip !
The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.
My handicapped room was excellent and I wanted a place to spend one night before flying out the next morning. Easy and I will do this next summer. Only thing I would like to see Gideon placed Bibles in guestrooms.
Somehow I was charged double and the Operations Manager Kayla Kempthorne, promptly researched the problem and reimbursed me. That is great service!

The room was lovely and dining at the restaurant was also quite nice. Lovely view of the water.
I liked the hotel. The room was comfortable. The three problems we had was 1. Our key stopped working the second night. 2. Hotel Internet was not working. 3. I really dislike the hotel parking situation. Guests who stay in the rooms are expected to pay$15/day to park there. This is ridiculous. I will not stay here again for that reason.

Everything was great once again. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant is quite good. It’s a nice place to stay after a long flight, with consistently high quality.
