The hotel was lovely and it was clean. The rooms where the activities were was decorated nicely and the food (hors d'oeuvres) was good.
This is the first time I’ve had this experience with this hotel. My first room didn’t have anything, they switched my rooms, my second room the fixtures were broken, basically coming off the wall. I have pictures. Then our rooms keys kept going bad. We ended up with 8 keys. We were denied the complimentary breakfast when I booked from your website. And one of the desk associates was completely rude to me.
I recommend! Very nice. Very clean. Love the pillows. Love the breakfast.
No soap at the sink, pool is unheated, no coffee in the lobby (they ran out).

Prior making reservations on phone, the third party person had me believe that I was talking to hotel person,once I checked in at hotel I had inquired about my points for the two night stay, I were told by hotel front desk clerk that I wouldn’t receive any points because I’d gone with a 3rd party to get the reservation and then told it was too late to change, for this reason I felt as if I was taken advantage of.
Happy we came here.
