We booked at Comfort Suites, found cockraches and broken/missing furniture. Left and had to rebook on the spot. We chose Radisson. No bugs anywhere, thank you! Very clean, very accommodating and friendly staff. The food was excellent! We had breakfast and lunch there 2X. The Avocado Toast (breakfast) was not kidding the best I ever had! Thank you "Tee" (front Desk) and Angie (Restaurant Server) for your friendliness and caring! We would def stay there again!
This is an older property conveniently located very near to BNA airport. The staff was very professional and accommodating. They have a free airport shuttle which is a huge plus. There is a restaurant and bar on site. The hotel received a recent facelift and includes an indoor pool, fitness center and business center.

Rooms were clean. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. I had no problem parking. On the fifth floor with a window facing the airport, we got to watch planes landing and taking off all day and part of night. It is in a good location.
Bedding was exceptional. Room was very clean and quiet!
Our reservation process was simple yet effective. Check-in staff was helpful. Restaurant server was great, food was good; an overall great experience.
