Beds and rooms are great. Shower wax hit and miss with hot water but I woulld still give it a 9.

Service was excellent! Friendly front desk, housekeeping and maintenance departments. Everyone said hello, have a nice day when you ran into them on the elevator or floor. Our room was clean, bed made well, bathroom clean, no dust anywhere. Will definitely stay here again. Easy walking distance to the Alamo, riverwalk..
