I had a medical emergency and never utilized the hotel at all yet I was still charged even though I have a cancelation receipt.
Hotel was great.
Beautiful and clean. Staff is outstanding! Only weird thing was that paying for a $230 room with two queen beds, there was no closet? Or hooks on the wall for hanging anything. We were there for a very formal event and had no place to hang out dress and suit. I just found that odd in a Hilton Hotel.
