The bed linens looked terrible! Pull out couch had dirt under cushions! I ask for handicap room and didn’t get it! She had no way to take a shower or grab bars to assist w bathroom! They offered to change rooms next day but we had unloaded a lot of stuff in first room and very hard to transfer w her in wheelchair! The Valets were very nice and helpful!
Will stay there next time in Nashville.
