My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at JW Marriot in Charlotte, NC. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the roof top pool and bar. Overall we thought the hotel was very nice, safe and accommodating. I enjoyed all the dining options available at this hotel as well.

The hotel staff that we encountered at check in was exceptional. He greeted us as we walked in and guided us to the elevator and expressed his gratitude for our visit. The view from our room was great but surprisingly being on the 20th floor we felt there was still a lot of traffic and road noise in our room. The bed in my opinion was very uncomfortable, almost like a blanket on the floor. The large shower and separatation in the bathroom was nice but barn doors don't provide much privacy while in the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location is ideal for stadium traffic.
