A great facility with all the amenities. Front desk and food and beverage employees were very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is immaculate and comfortable, but its best asset is customer service. The Bistro staff, housekeeping with daily room cleaning and plenty of towels were impressive. This hotel serves many clients who are there to see loved ones who are patients at the University Hospital. Evan at the front desk showed me exceptional kindness when I arrived. He perceived that I was distraught about my loved one and he reassured me that I could count on him for anything I might need. In addition, the hospital shuttle is an excellent service provided.

Our group of three had adjoining rooms in the hotel which was spotless, pretty, in a perfect location for touring the campus, and offered excellent customer service!
