This was a terrible experience. We bought two nights but knew the weather across the country was horrible and were driving from the East coast. We got stuck in KS and called and called, no answer ever. Never responded to the emails either. We did buy the extra insurance if we needed to cancel and the hotel denied us and changed us anyway. It is a scam and a terrible business practice. Sorry two feet of snow and ice does not count as a good enough reason to be delayed. Terrible service.
