First of all, I did not renew any of my reservations at the hotel. I stayed there for one week which was the 5th to the 9th of January 2025. After being insulted by the manager telling me she would look into a problem that was already four days old. Lets me know that she was preoccupied with something that had nothing to do with my issue, despite the fact that her staff was well aware that Expedia had jumped in to be a third party Salesforce for my reservation. That was not her fault but she should have dealt with it in a professional manner which she failed to do. She may chuckle when she gets this if it ever shows up at her. But the truth is she let one of your clients staying in your hotel sit on ice until she felt like dealing with the issue. Totally unprofessional! But I do want to reiterate that the staff was wonderful at the counter.
The entire staff has gone out of their way to help me. Have a pleasant stay.
