Staff went out of their way to give us a great experience!
This Residence Inn isn’t as large or as updated as others we’ve stayed in. The shower dripped nonstop which was highly annoying especially at night. We arrived late into the evening and Kent was fantastic. Got us checked in quickly and easily and was very friendly. Breakfast was served on styrofoam plates and was sub par. Employees seemed pretty friendly which was nice, they always greeted us in the lobby. Great location, very close to our event that was at the Schaumburg Convention Center.
