We loved our stay. Everyone was kind and helpful. We had everything we could possibly need in our room !
Overall stay was great. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We drove from NY to the hotel with our special needs daughter to drop our son off at college. We had a couple of needs for the room and they were taken care of right away. We unknowingly booked our stay through a third party. When we wanted to check out earlier than anticipated, Jack at the front desk was so helpful. He got his supervisor involved. Due to the fact that we booked through a third party, there wasn’t much he could do. I emailed the third party that the hotel was willing to accommodate our early check out and refund us, the third party reached out to the hotel and eventually gave us a credit. On our long drive back to NY, Jack (from front desk) called us to let us know that the third party called the hotel and would give us a refund. We appreciate the flexibility from the hotel and the help when our timeline changed. Not always easy to travel with our daughter with special needs but they went above and beyond to understand our situation and try to help.
