My flight got cancelled and the staff here at Holiday Inn MPLS A were kind enough to allow me a late check in at 2am. Everyone was super inviting and friendly, plus the continental breakfast was actually one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. Super pleased with my stay and if I'm ever stuck in town again, I would absolutely book another stay here. Thanks again.
I found front desk staff helpful. I called to alter my reservation when my initial flight was cancelled. I was happy to discover the remainder of my reservation was intact! I had difficulty with my room key and front desk staff re-keyed for me. Best of all, I forgot a very specific medical device and called from the airport to see if housekeeping could find it in the bathroom. They found it and arranged to have it mailed to me.

I stayed here earlier this week for two days and needed to return for another night. I was very pleased I was able to get a room on short notice. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.
