My stay at this hotel has eclipsed any of my previous experiences. Excellent room and services. Nice, friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure the guests feel welcome.
We arrived after a long drive from NY and got the best front desk greeting. Tevin was helpful and fixed a snafu. He couldn't have been more nice and hospitable. Thanks to him! Comfortable stay and the separate bedroom worked out so well.
There were a lot of broken things in tge room thst needed to be repaired (e.g., the facet on rhe sick and tub areas, dirty carpet, refrigerator was not clean, dirty countertops, didn't not smell clean.l, etc.). Thus stay was not worth $915.78. Plus we were charged for service animal in the amount of $85.73. I showed the manager and the front desk the service dog credentials upfront when we checked in the hotel. There were worn and dirty towels in tge hotel as well.
