Very unhappy with the fact that we reserved an ADA room and when we arrived it was not available. Reservation was made well in advance. Got runaround from the Residence Inn as well as the booking company as to the reason for error. It is difficult to stay in a non accommodating room when you have disabilities. Our stay was miserable at best.
