Grounds and Interior of building is clean well taken care of. Check in and check out processes were easy. Staff was polite and very helpful. Room was perfect!
Our stay was acceptable and the room was just fine. But the staff was wonderful. We needed to find a laundromat and the front desk staff worked as a team to find one and give us detailed instructions on how to get there. And the directions were perfect. Every time we passed the front desk they greeted us with a smile and made us feel special. We regularly come to St. Louis and this was the first time we stayed at the Kirkwood La Quinta but it won't be our last (as long as they continue to hire staff as great as a them).
