when we arrived, I found out the special request that I had asked for they did not have. we could not eat breakfast there because my Grandson had a test at I U North hospital at 6 am could not have anything to drink or eat till his test was over. We arrived back at Springhill at 10:30 am there was nothing to eat or drink. Springhill has on paper breakfast until 11 am. The water in the pool was very cold. Come to find out since I booked our room online is not the same as just calling the Hotel and doing it over the phone.
Very nice suite, desk was helpful.
This hotel is well located for all Carmel locations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was very nice and roomy. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast typical for any hotel that offers free breakfast.
