The Residence Inn Lansing West offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, and complimentary breakfast.
Overall we had a wonderful experience with the staff and check in and check out procedures. Having said that, it is necessary for the Residence Inn to update some of their room furnishings. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The chairs at the dining room table need to be replaced. We could not sit in them as they were so uncomfortable from being worn down. The couch was the same way. It really needs replacing. The mattresses in both bedrooms also need to be replaced as they were very uncomfortable and worn down. We’ve stayed at the Residence Inn several times and have always enjoyed our stays. This time it was very apparent that the hotel needs to invest some money to upgrade furnishings.
Bed was comfy. The cleanest of the three hotels in the area, have stayed at them all.
Pleasant accommodations within walking distance of good food options and a good driving launch point to downtown Lansing. Especially appreciated the non dairy milk options for breakfast. Will stay here again when visiting Lansing.
