Your hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful from every aspect. The housekeepers, the valet, the front desk and even the manager was helpful. My son is in a wheelchair and he had his own room but there was a problem with the air conditioning. Either way your manager was professional and dealt with it timely. Thank you.
