The hotel stay was fine, but the cost was horrible. I first went to the Microtel website and saw rooms were approx $200/night. I clicked on a 30% reduction trailer then went to checkout and my bill was $795 total for two nights. I called the hotel directly and asked how much a two night stay was and she said $530. This was very confusing and costly. The hotel attendant said this occurs frequently very bad customer service!
The people above us was very loud all three nights we stayed. Also asked the front desk three different times to fix our TV remote but never got fixed until we took it to front desk and put batteries in it.

Clean, convenient, roomy. The breakfast was really good. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The workers are friendly and acknowledged us. The people at the front desk were nice too.

Room was extremely clean. Breakfast was made and included, everything I expect to have for breakfast. Stayed for five days and was delighted to have a quiet and uneventful stay. After 10 days of a vacation out west and having issues at nearly all of the places I stayed out there I could not have been more pleased with the staff and maid service. All were top notch.
