Overall good stay. comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.
I made my reservation weeks ago for two rooms one with two queen size beds. Another with a king size bed. I never received a king size room and when I talk to the staff, they said the hotel was sold out and that they didn’t have anymore rooms available. This should not had affected me. I booked my room weeks ago. That’s why I’m dissatisfied. Also, there are people walking around in the hotel with German shepherds two of them. I don’t I understand that? Is this considered an extended stay or home? Not quite sure.
