My husband and I have stayed at the Residence Inn many times for anniversaries and our first babymoon getaway. This past weekend we stayed to get away in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary. Since we have stayed here many time before I knew it would be a great experience, boy were we wrong! Upon walking into the room there was a horrible order. The couch smelled horrible that I couldn't sit on it. The tub was stopped up so we stood in standing water while taking a shower and to top things off the toilet wasn't bolted to the floor! They were booked and no rooms available for us to move. The receptionist very nice young lady (curly hair with glasses) was extremely nice. She begged us to give Residence Inn another chance but I think we'll do an Airbnb before I have another experience like that.
