Was surprised to see this hidden gem in Paris,Il. It is modern and beautiful inside! Breakfast and pool were amazing as well as the staff are all so kind and welcoming. They except pets so that was a game changer for us! We could actually visit for the holidays and not stress about or pets not being with us. Thank you for a great stay!

I reserved a reservation online with Hampton. They charged me 315.00 and when I reserved the room it was for 92.00 a night. When I got there they told me my room should only be 197.00. The gentleman said he would talk to the manager and fix it. However, my receipt is showing I was charged 297.00. I am a Hilton honor member. I am very upset and feel that I should have only been charged 192.00 not 297.00.
Absolutely wonderful and very clean! Staff are always courteous and friendly! We never have any problems checking in or checking out of this hotel. It's our first pick every single time.
