When I checked in I never thought I'd have such a great time at the worse conditions! Snow came the second day out of three and we were hotel camping! From the front desk to the breakfast folks, bar, happy hour more or less and the little coffee, goody shop! I could label them all by name, but this includes everyone who works there, as family! They all were superb in every way possible! Honestly, you could get anything to eat at breakfast and more. At the back bar, Eric and his right hand man were outstanding on all accounts. As busy as it was, we all were treated so good. I am blown away at how they even pulled it off! My hat is off to you all! Like family we are, including myself. Thank you all, Luke 731 and 718 lol PS Love the manager and all the young people who are fabulous Pro's! I will think of you all and perhaps meet again. They stayed at the hotel for safety, but worked so many hours overtime! This group of folks is off the chart. Be very proud of who you are and what a team you make. A team that operates like a family is priceless! Big hugs to you all, thank you.
Flight cancellation caused me to be stranded in Concord, NC. Check in attendant was kind and helpful. Room was immaculate with outstanding bedding. The breakfast was beyond abundant, savory and exactly what I needed after my airport event. Thank you for an excellent stay.
The staff was very accommodating, pleasurable, helpful, personable, the reservationist was very helpful.
