My room smelled like dirty hair. The smell was nauseating. So, I went turn the air on for circulation. Opened the little door for the control panel and was met with the filthiest mess and a note that said you had to control it with yet another panel on the wall. That panel didn't work. I could SEE outside through the bottom of the door. Had to use a towel to block the frigid air from coming in a room I couldn't heat. The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were disgusting. Don't be fooled my the PLUS+ in their title. I thought it meant something good but I now think it must mean "Plus lice.".
