We spent five nights at the Saint Augustine Embassy suites. When we first checked in, the room wasn’t what we were expecting and Julian at the front desk helped us immediately in getting a different one. The hotel was clean and had everything we could possibly want. Everyone that was working in the pool area was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was also wonderful! We will most definitely be visiting again soon and anytime we are in the Saint Augustine area, this will be our go to hotel!

The suite was clean and the beds were wonderful.
Open and airy with a beautiful veranda! Great big beach, lovey poolside bar.
Not as smooth as my normal Hilton gold experience, a few days earlier I call to add a day to my trip, (thought I called hotel direct and was assured I could have the same ocean front unit as the rest of trip, when I checked is front said that was impossible because they were full. Paid for oceanfront suite but was put in a small parking lot view. No upgrade offers just a “too bad”. Felt as I only stay with Hilton ( when possible) they could have been more accommodating, Allen Fritz.
If you are deciding between hotels, I highly recommend the embassy suites in st Augustine. It’s on the beach, large gorgeous pool. Many games for the family. Outdoor fire pits. Evening snack and drinks are on point. Rooms are large and spacious. Entire property and employees were 10/10.
Had so much fun and excitement. Breakfast is amazing, plenty of variety. All meals and happy hour was above expectations for us. Hope I can come back sometimes.
