My room was very clean. People at the front desk were very nice. I requested a room on the first floor because I have a hard time going up and down steps. They gave me a room on the main floor.
The bright spot was maintenance man Kip, who rushed up with a refrigerator when there was none and then rushed back with a second when the first didn’t work. If not for Kip it would have been a disaster. Needs updating and looked like no one had cleaned.
