We could not comfortably stay in the room. We first checked the mattress and found it to extremely old and nasty with stains all over it and the mattress cover was riddled with cigarette burns, there was baby cockroach’s in the bathroom, so we left the room and went to tell the counter girl why we couldn’t stay there she wouldn’t refund our money because the bed was disturbed. And she was extremely rude.
The room had bloody sheets when we arrived.
Stayed two days. Room was not cleaned, nor bed made, nor clean towels upon returning.. Room was untouched when I returned for my second night stay. Nothing was done. I want one nights stay refunded. I am a previous Red Roof customer. I will never return.
